Searching for tours with keywords
Using the "Tour Finder" on the website, you can filter by keywords that are relevant for your tour (e.g. by location, region or summit). You can enter these in the search field. Relevant results will then be suggested to you according to these keywords. For example, if you enter "Zugspitze", the map zooms in on the mountain peak. All tours related to this search term will be displayed in the map.
Presentation of the results
The result of the tour finder is a list with tour propositions that you can view in different ways. In the “Map” view you can see exactly where the starting points are and where the tours take their courses. With the map in full-size mode you can get the best overview. You additionally get a few first pieces of information about the tour. If you want to compare as many tour propositions as possible with some basic pieces of information, such as length and duration, choose the sortable “List”. Then there is the “Gallery” view with a preview image and basic information thus providing a good overview over your results.
Limit results by filter
If the selection is still too large, you have different possibilities to refine the search. Each search can be adjusted to your preferences by applying filters. The most relevant categories, such as activity or difficulty level, are displayed directly below the search box. For example, if you click on an activity, other filters that match that activity will open.
If you are missing a specific filter, you can expand the selection by clicking on "Filter". The results can be narrowed down by filtering by routes with refreshment, family-friendly or particularly promising tours. The desired length and duration of the tour can also be specified.
You can either display all available tours in your current language or add foreign language content to the search results.
TIPP: If you are looking for a specific tour, you can find it by using the text box „Search“ in the upper right corner.
