How do I embed tours, lists or other content on my website/blog?

The Embed feature lets you embed tours, huts, lists and other content into your website/blog.

You will find the embed function at the top right of every published content -> 3 points -> embed. You will now be shown a preview and after you have accepted the terms and conditions the embed code will appear.

With Pro+ you can embed all content on a website or blog via whitelabel without links. This means your users stay on your site by clicking on the embedded content.

Do you use WordPress?

Via the Outdooractive Embed plugin using shortcodes and widgets you can either add tours, cabins and lists to you page/post or add them to your sidebar.

You can download the plugin directly on and install and activate it on your page. Alternatively, you can search for “Outdooractive Embed” under the feature “install plugins”.

If you want to integrate the content into your page, you’ll find a button with the Outdooractive icon in the visual editor of WordPress. By clicking on that button you find a drop-down menu where you can choose what you want to integrate: a tour, a list or a cabin. Through another click on one of these features a pop-up window opens up in which you can enter the same settings as on our portal and additionally to that, you can indicate a maximum width in pixels. When you click on “OK” the short code will be integrated.

If you want to integrate the content into your sidebar, you can put the widget matching your content into your sidebar via ”Design/Widget” in the menu. There are the same options as in the shortcode.
