How can I cancel Pro or Pro+?

You can view and manage your subscription at any time on outdooractive.com under "My Page" -> "Settings" -> "Payments and subscriptions".

You can also cancel your subscription here if you have subscribed for Pro or Pro+ on our website: https://www.outdooractive.com/de/pro.html

 

If you have purchased Pro or Pro+ via the app, you can cancel your subscription as followed:

Android: Open the Google Play Store app on your Android smartphone or Tablet -> tap on the three-bar menu Menu  -> "Subscriptions" -> tap on the Outdooractive subscription.

iOS: Open "Settings" -> "[Your Name]" -> "iTunes & App Store" -> tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen -> "View Apple ID" (you may need to authenticate your Apple ID) -> "Subscriptions" -> tap the Outdooractive subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next extension. It will take effect as soon as possible (end of the already paid subscription period). Until then, you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Pro or Pro+ subscription.
